Knowledge, awareness and skill requirements:

1. Education and major: mechanical, plastic or related major, college degree or above

2. Working years: 3-5 years of experience in the same position

4. Professional knowledge and skill requirements: professional, technical, fair

1) Familiar with ISO/TS16949 quality management system and own sufficient practical experience;

2) the ability of writing 8D report;

3) Capability of using five major tools: MSA, APQP, SPC, FMEA, PPAP;

4) Have a clear idea and awareness of cost control, quality control management, and follow the bottom line of principles;

5) Good communication and coordination ability;
